Nelly Tzakou is an Executive General Manager with more than 30 years of experience in the Banking sector, defining business strategy and strategic goals, executing strategic plans, achieving results and driving innovation to position organizations as leaders in their sectors and transform them to remain successful in the future. Nelly is customer focused and passionate with pursuing challenging goals. She possesses extensive knowledge in the areas of payments (cards issuing/acquiring, wearables, bill payments), retail products (deposits, investments, lending), loyalty schemes, physical distribution networks, digital offerings (digital on-boarding, internet, mobile and e-wallet banking). Nelly has run several programs fostering innovative and export-oriented entrepreneurship in Greece and also set-up a fintech impact accelerator.
