Glassdoor, the leading jobs and career community, has announced the winners of its seventh annual Employees’ Choice Awards, honoring the Best Places to Work in 2015 across the U.S. and UK. Unlike any other workplace awards, the Employees’ Choice Awards are based solely on input from employees who anonymously and voluntarily provide feedback via the Glassdoor company review survey. As part of the company review survey, employees share what it’s like to work at their company by rating their overall satisfaction as well as workplace factors like work-life balance, company culture, senior leadership, compensation and benefits and career advancement opportunities. Additionally, employees share the benefits and downsides of working at their companies and offer advice to senior management.
