Manto Patsaoura, Chief Executive Officer of Kariera Group
Manto Patsaoura is Chief Executive Officer of Kariera Group, an international talent solutions organization operating across Europe and Asia, with activities spanning talent attraction, recruitment, and talent management services. She brings more than 15 years of executive leadership experience in the recruitment and HR technology sector, with a strong track record in organizational transformation, commercial growth, and cross-market leadership.
She joined kariera.gr in 2008 and was appointed Sales Director in 2012, leading sustained commercial performance and high-impact team development. She was named Managing Director of CareerBuilder Greece in 2017, where she drove strategic repositioning and operational transformation, and in 2019 assumed additional responsibility for CareerBuilder Sweden, expanding her leadership across multiple European markets.
In 2023, she was appointed President of Europe at Kariera Group, and in 2024 she became Chief Executive Officer of the Group. In this role, she oversees strategy, operations, and long-term value creation, with a focus on technology-enabled talent solutions, sustainable growth, and strengthened employment outcomes across the regions in which the Group operates.
Her leadership has been recognized with the “Young Leader” distinction at the Hellenic Responsible Business Awards for her commitment to responsible and sustainable business practices.
