On April 12th, more than 300 guests attended the 25th graduation ceremony of the MBA International of the Athens University of Economics and Business.
Warmest congratulations to the Full-Time 25 and Part-Time 24 students who successfully graduated from the Program. It’s the end of a professionally and personally rewarding educational journey, but the beginning of a journey as i-MBA Alumni where the degree will accompany our graduates in all their future endeavors.
The welcome speeches were addressed by Professor Dimitrios Bourantonis, Rector of the Athens University of Economics and Business, Professor Angeliki Poulymenakou, Dean of the School of Business, AUEB, Professor Eric Soderquist, Director of the MBA International, AUEB, and Vaso Zisimopoulou, President of the i-MBA Alumni Association.
Keynote speaker of the ceremony was Mr. Gregory Nakos, EY Greece Partner, Consulting Services and Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence Leader. Mr. Nakos, as a graduate of the Program himself, shared his personal experience as a student and alumni and delivered an inspiring speech to the audience.
During the ceremony faculty members, Emmanouil Dedoulis, Christos Lazaris and Spyridon Pagkratis, were awarded for their outstanding performance in the classroom.
The ceremony ended with the students receiving their diploma, taking photos with their classmates, family and friends and enjoying cocktails outside the venue.
