The MBA International supports the online Executive Seminar on “Persuasion, Influencing and Dealing with Difficult People”, organized by KEDIVIM-AUEB, ELEVATE Greece and ViOS Coworking. The Seminar will be delivered online by Mr. Scott Tillema, a Harvard and FBI trained hostage negotiator from the U.S. This interactive online seminar will focus on the FBI model of negotiation, the key skills of active listening, the power of emotions in decision-making and negotiation, how to handle different styles of behavior in business interactions, and much more. The seminar is delivered online, with possibility of attending either online or in a physical presence group at the premises of ViOS Coworking. The Seminar will be conducted in two sessions of 2 hours each:
- Session 1: Negotiations Excellence

- Session 2: Effective Techniques to Deal with Difficult People
Tuesday May 31st, 18:00 – 20:00
All participants completing the seminar will be provided with a Certificate of Attendance from KEDIVIM, AUEB, The Vocational Training and Lifelong Learning Center.
