Students from the MBA International Program had the opportunity to attend the landmark 10th Delphi Economic Forum, held in 2025. The event proved to be an exceptional experience, offering valuable insights into some of the most pressing issues in global business and economic affairs.
Key topics explored during the Forum included:
- How the new landscape shaped by AI, new emerging alliances, and shifting economic geodynamics drive strong, swift, and agile decision-making,
- Accelerated advancements in the healthcare sector through AI, for the benefit of humanity, with important investments being made in Greece by large pharma companies,
- A multi-directional unification within the European Union is imperative to reduce fragmentation, legislative inconsistencies, and pervasive bureaucracy. A highly interesting proposal by panelists was the integration of national capital markets into a single European Stock Exchange,
- Europe’s science-based opportunities and competitive advantages, how Europe can stay competitive facing the U.S. and China, and the opportunities that lie ahead for Greece,
- The Entrepreneurial University where through meaningful interactions with society and the economy universities become hubs of innovation, entrepreneurship, and life-long skills development.
We extend our sincere thanks to Marco Veremis and Guy Krief of Big Pi Ventures for making this experience possible. Special appreciation also goes to Visiting Professor Philippe Tibi, who contributed to the Forum with his insights about the TibiInitiative of tech startup funding.
