This project aims at providing a solution to the warehouse strategy problem of YALCO S.A. The main alternatives that the company has are either to maintain the current warehouse structure (i.e. two different warehouses in Oinofyta and Kifisia) or to consolidate its warehouse location in Oinofyta only. Throughout the project the two alternatives are evaluated based on both quantitative and qualitative criteria and conclusions are extracted with respect to the optimal alternative. Finally, based on the results of the analysis, some suggestions are provided to the company concerning its future strategic moves.
