In the framework of the Integrated Impact Projects (IIP) that the Part Time students of the Program execute and deliver towards the end of their studies, the MBA International organizes two workshops on Consulting Skills. The workshops are a very useful learning experience, with direct value for the students’ projects and beyond, in any role as business consultant and advisor. Indicatively, the workshops focus on the following aspects of the consulting process and the consulting profession:

- The Consultant(s): One man show vs. a Consulting Team of Experts
- The Client
- Tips for successful consulting engagements
- The Consulting Process (Discovery, Analysis, Presentation, Implementation)
- Planning a consulting assignment (Stakeholder Analysis, Kick-off meeting, Data Gathering Plan…)
- Data Gathering Techniques and Guidelines
- Communication with clients and stakeholders
- Presenting the Findings
- Competencies and skills for effective and efficient consulting
The workshops are designed and delivered by Mr. Michael Spanos, Founder and Managing Director of Global Sustain, which provides a wide range of services and solutions, related to, e.g., sustainability, responsible investing, business ethics and excellence, to support its clients succeeding triple bottom line results. Mr. Spanos has extensive hands-on consulting and entrepreneurial experience in the areas of sustainability, corporate responsibility, strategy, investments, and business information systems.
