The EY Strategy Discovery workshop took place on Monday, April 11th at the MBA International Program. The workshop was designed to help students to become familiar with a new way of thinking on strategy that is identifying current state, future state and optimum market state.
EY Executives from the Business Development department made an introduction to EY’s approach to iterative process of developing a client-centric strategy development and i-MBA students had the chance to work on a real business case study!
