The i-MBA Alumni Association was established in 2001 by the first graduates of the MBA International program to develop and maintain strong liaisons between fellow graduates, companies and the University.
The vision of the Alumni Association is to create a sense of identity and unity among all past and future graduates. This is achieved through maintaining links and open communication channels among the alumni, with current students, the academic community, the market -companies and organizations- and society as a whole.
Aiming at enhancing its focus on environmental and social issues, the Association from the beginning of 2022 has organized the following activities:
Open Tree Planting event:
on Saturday, May 14th the i-MBA Alumni Association in collaboration with the non-profit environmental organization We4all organized an open tree planting event in Paiania. The i-MBA Alumni embraced this initiative and took the chance to be part of a worthwhile activity in support of a greener and more sustainable future!
Crowdfunding campaign for Ukraine:
During May the i-MBA Alumni Association joined forces with ActionAid in an effort to bring some relief to war victims in Ukraine. The Alumni Association called all its members and current students to participate in a joint crowdfunding effort and support it with their donations. Funds gathered reached, with the help of ActionAid, war victims in Ukrainian cities in the shape of food, blankets, personal hygiene items and baby care essentials.
Moreover, the traditional End-of-year party was finally back live!
On Tuesday July 12th the i-MBA Alumni Association organized an end-of-year reunion to celebrate the end of the academic year 2021- 2022. Students and Alumni had the chance to meet again to socialize and have fun before the summer break.
